Nasko\u010dil som na aktu\u00e1lnu vlnu jeho popularity, poskladal som si ho, vysk\u00fa\u0161al a mus\u00edm uzna\u0165, \u017ee je celkom pou\u017eite\u013en\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">U\u017e nejak\u00fd ten piatok vlastn\u00edm \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/videogameperfection.com\/products\/open-source-scan-converter\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">OSSC<\/a>, ktor\u00e9mu neviem ni\u010d vytkn\u00fa\u0165. Funguje skvelo so v\u0161etk\u00fdm, \u010do som k nemu pripojil a m\u00e1 u\u017e HDMI v\u00fdstup, tak\u017ee sa nemus\u00edm ob\u00e1va\u0165 doby, ke\u010f mi vykap\u00fa v\u0161etky VGA monitory. Je to jedno z t\u00fdch drah\u0161\u00edch zariaden\u00ed a kupoval som ho e\u0161te v p\u00f4vodnej, otvorenej sendvi\u010dovej kon\u0161trukcii a tak si ho \u0161etr\u00edm. Preto som h\u013eadal nejak\u00fa alternat\u00edvu, ktor\u00fa vyu\u017eijem na pr\u00e1cu, na zrazy a nebudem si musie\u0165 d\u00e1va\u0165 na to a\u017e tak\u00fd pozor. A tak som natrafil na <a href=\"https:\/\/ramapcsx2.github.io\/gbs-control\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GBS Control<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Jeho z\u00e1kladom je lacn\u00fd RGBS to VGA konvertor GBS8200 (alebo GBS8220), na ktor\u00fd sa dobastl\u00ed modul s ESP8266 a clock gener\u00e1tor Si5351. Volite\u013en\u00fd je potom e\u0161te mal\u00fd OLED display a rota\u010dn\u00fd enk\u00f3der. Po zostaven\u00ed to funguje tak, \u017ee do ESP8266 sa nahr\u00e1 \u0161peci\u00e1lny firmware, ktor\u00fd prevezme kontrolu nad GBS a m\u00e1 \u010faleko lep\u0161ie mo\u017enosti, ako p\u00f4vodn\u00fd firmware v GBS. Za jeho najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu nev\u00fdhodu pova\u017eujem ovl\u00e1danie. Ak nem\u00e1te pripojen\u00fd OLED display a oto\u010dn\u00fd ovl\u00e1da\u010d, jedin\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165 je ovl\u00e1danie cez WebGUI. ESP8266 po \u0161tarte sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a vlastn\u00fa WiFi s n\u00e1zvom <strong><em>gbscontrol<\/em><\/strong>, na ktor\u00fa sa pripoj\u00edte a potom norm\u00e1lne cez browser si nastavujete vlastnosti upscalera. Ale ani s OLED displayom si ve\u013emi nepolep\u0161\u00edte, preto\u017ee konfigura\u010dn\u00e9 menu je tam ve\u013emi oklie\u0161ten\u00e9 (zatia\u013e). <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ale t\u00fdm asi nev\u00fdhody kon\u010dia. Je mnoh\u00fdmi \u013eudmi potvrden\u00e9, \u017ee toto zobrazovadlo si s minimom tweakovania porad\u00ed so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi mo\u017en\u00fdmi osembi\u0165\u00e1kmi, konzolami, Amigami, dokonca aj s Atari \ud83d\ude42 Ja som ho zatia\u013e sk\u00fa\u0161al len so ZXS +2 a KAY1024, lebo k t\u00fdm m\u00e1m spraven\u00e9 k\u00e1ble k m\u00f4jmu star\u00e9mu GBS8200 a po pr\u00edslu\u0161nom doladen\u00ed cez nastavenia, som z nich dostal naozaj pekn\u00fd a stabiln\u00fd obraz. Maj\u00fa na sebe vlastn\u00e9 3V3 regul\u00e1tory a mnoho \u013eud\u00ed to sprav\u00ed pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu tak, \u017ee to pripoja priamo na zdroj GBS, ale ukr\u00e1tia sa t\u00fdm o mo\u017enos\u0165 nap\u00e1ja\u0165 GBS aj in\u00fdm ako 5V zdrojom. P\u00f4vodn\u00fd GBS toti\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje pou\u017eitie \u013eubovo\u013en\u00e9ho zdroja 5V-12V. Po takejto \u00faprave 9V alebo 12V zdroj u\u017e nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165, lebo vstavan\u00e9 3V3 regul\u00e1tory na Si5351 a ESP8266 by rozdrapilo. Ja som o t\u00fato mo\u017enos\u0165 nechcel pr\u00eds\u0165 a tak som si to spravil po svojom. Pridal som si na dosku mal\u00fd 1A DC-DC converter a nastavil som ho na 5V pri nap\u00e1jan\u00ed GBS z 12V zdroja. Ja som si teda vzor\u010dekom pre deli\u010de vyr\u00e1tal, \u017ee pre 3.6V sta\u010d\u00ed v tom p\u00e4\u0165kol\u00edku zaradi\u0165 e\u0161te 75\u03a9 ochrann\u00e9 rezistory. TrueView nebude tak\u00fd na\u0161ponovan\u00fd a vstup bude relat\u00edvne odoln\u00fd aj proti pr\u00edpadn\u00fdm kopancom a statike.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">E\u0161te bolo treba samozrejme pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu nahra\u0165 do ESP8266 nov\u00fd firmware a zalo\u017ei\u0165 debug jumper. Rovnako si treba d\u00e1va\u0165 pozor na automatick\u00e9 aktualiz\u00e1cie, preto\u017ee vzh\u013eadom na potrebn\u00e9 star\u0161ie verzie kni\u017en\u00edc ich automatick\u00fa aktualiz\u00e1ciu ur\u010dite nechcete.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Po rozbehan\u00ed som vysk\u00fa\u0161al pripoji\u0165 +2 a mus\u00edm poveda\u0165, \u017ee kvalita obrazu je na tak\u00fdto bastl\u0161tyk p\u00f4sobiv\u00e1 a je o dobr\u00fdch 60% lep\u0161ia, ako m\u00e1 neupraven\u00fd GBS. Jedin\u00e9 \u010do som musel spravi\u0165 je, \u017ee som vypol AGC a manu\u00e1lne som si nastavil gain, lebo AGC to vyp\u00e1lil tak, \u017ee nebol rozdiel medzi farbami s brightom a bez brigthu. Podobne som dopadol aj ke\u010f som pripojl KAY1024. Autori s tak\u00fdmito vecami r\u00e1tali, tak\u017ee m\u00e1te k dispoz\u00edcii profily, kam si m\u00f4\u017eete tieto nastavenia uklada\u0165.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Na hlb\u0161ie testovanie zatia\u013e nebol \u010das. Pre m\u0148a to bol len tak\u00fd proof of concept, ale v\u00fdsledok je nato\u013eko dobr\u00fd, \u017ee sa to naozaj oplat\u00ed.
